Does ChanPoker allow US players?
Any player is welcome to play at ChanPoker. Due to current laws, we do not allow US players
to play real money games. If at any time this changes, you can rest assured that we will
allow US players to play for real money on our site.
How do I activate my account?
To activate your account, simply click the link from the email sent to you during sign up.
If you did not receive this email, please visit our activation
page and enter the email address you registered with, and we will gladly send you another one.
I didn't receive my activation email! Where is it?
Assuming you submitted the correct email address, you should have received your activation email
upon completing your registration. If you do not see it in your inbox, please make sure to check
any folders that may receive junk or bulk mail and mark ChanPoker as a safe sender.
I lost my activation email or I did not receive it, can you send me another one?
If you lost or deleted your confirmation email, we can send you another one. Please visit our
activation page and enter
the email address you used to sign up with us and we'll send you another one.
What are player points and how do I earn them?
Player points are used to collect various bonuses, sign up for special tournaments and to
release some freeroll tournament cash prizes. You earn player points through playing games,
for real money on ChanPoker. Playing any of our poker games will earn you points.
How do I use my player points?
Bonuses are released automatically when the required number of points
have been earned. For player points freerolls, a tournament ticket will be available on your
account as soon as the required player point amount is reached. You can also use your points to purchase
items from our store!
What is a deposit bonus?
A deposit bonus is a cash bonus you can get the first time you deposit money
with ChanPoker account. It consists of a percentage of the deposited amount.
If the bonus is 50% and you deposit $100 the bonus would be $50.
How does the deposit bonus work?
To earn your deposit bonus you need to collect enough player points within 60
days of the initial deposit. A bonus requires a certain number of player points for every dollar.
For example, our 100% first time deposit bonus has a 10x multiplier. If you deposit $20,
we'll give you another $20 after you earn 200 ($20 x 10) player points.
As soon as you have collected the points needed, your bonus will automatically be transferred
to your ChanPoker account. The bonus is a ONE TIME bonus, and it's added to
the FIRST deposit you make. Please note that you CAN NOT use
previously earned points to speed up the bonus payout. You must earn the points after the deposit was made.
Why do I have multiple bonuses, shouldn't I just have one?
At ChanPoker, we want you to win! All of our bonuses are incremental, we break it up
so you can get money back faster than you would if we released your bonus in full. It's our way
of thanking your for playing with us.
Here's how it works
- If your bonus amount is smaller than $100 we release your bonus in full.
- If your bonus amount is larger than $100 but smaller than $400 we will release your bonus in $100 increments.
- For example, a $250 bonus will be released in increments of $100-$100-$50
- If your bonus amount is larget than $400, we will release it to you in 25% increments
- For Example, a $1000 bonus will be released in increments of $250-$250-$250-$250.
How do I know how many player points I have?
You can view your player points in the account overview, as well as
any bonuses you currently have running.
What is a reload bonus?
From time to time ChanPoker will offer a reload bonus to our registered members via email.
If the bonus is 20% and you deposit $100 the bonus would be $20. Make sure to add list.chanpoker.com
to your contacts so the bonus doesn't go to your junk mail folder!
How do I deposit money?
As soon as you become a member of ChanPoker, under the My Account tab,
click on the Deposit link in the menu on the left.
What deposit methods do you offer?
Currently we offer Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Click2Pay and WebMoney as deposit options.
How much are the deposit fees?
You will not be charged any deposit fees to play at ChanPoker.
I don't see a Deposit link in the menu on the left!
If this option is not available, please go to the My Profile section under the My Account tab.
Here you can change your Player Status to real money and the deposit option will become
available to you.
How do I cash out?
Go to our Cash Out page and select the cash-out method you prefer.
Please note, for the safety of all ChanPoker members, cashouts to an account that have
not been verified via a valid deposit will not be allowed.
How do I cash out?
Cashouts requested in any given 24 hour period may be processed together and may
take up to 3 business days depending on the method you choose. If you cash out via our
'Check' option, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your check.
What ports need to be opened on my firewall?
If you cannot connect to our game server through either poker application, you could
be behind a firewall. If you are behind a firewall, then you will have to configure
the firewall to allow communications on our ports.
